I believe archaeology can inspire and shape your team's future connections
Hi, I'm Celia,
I specialize in Identity Creation Processes; Everything in life boils down to identity expression for me. Every action we take and choice we make express who we are! I believe that when we are not being ourself it impacts our wellbeing. I founded Archaeology for Wellbeing to help people who are feeling isolated and stressed, reconnect in a meaningful way, realigned with who they are and explore how they express their beautiful identity in a unique way.

Why Celia
With a PhD in Early Medieval Archaeology and over a decade of research and consulting, Celia translates evidence from past communities into practical frameworks leaders can use today. Her methodology, Archaeology for Wellbeing, helps teams create Contact, make conscious Choice and Construct belonging on purpose. The result: simple Connection Hooks, a repeatable Relationship Building System, and grounding rituals that support calm, empathy and collaboration.
Her interactive keynotes, workshops and retreat-ready sessions (from Healing Hands to Kitchen Identity) are hands-on, culturally sensitive and designed for high-performance research and knowledge teams. Based near Frankfurt, she works with organisations across Europe in English and French.
Why Archaeology for Wellbeing
"Everywhere I looked, teams struggled to bond. Leadership and team-building workshops weren't cutting it anymore."
Most organisations treat collaboration with mood-boosting away days, not system change.
Archaeology studies how complex systems change over time—how layers of decisions, habits, and limits build up and shape behaviour. I apply that lens to research and STEM teams to reveal hidden patterns, reduce silos, and restore shared context.
It’s clear, structured work on how your system communicates.

"When can we do this again? It was so much fun!"
"I really
liked the concept of an educational workshop intercut with practical exercises.
Whenever I needed a break from the lecture, I could shift my attention to the exercise and then return to the main subject.
I'd be more than happy to attend a face-to-face session. When can we do this again? It was so much fun!"

In high-performance teams, stress rarely comes from lack of skill or effort.
Communication erosion and isolation is a by-product of sustained cognitive load.
This isn’t a personal resilience issue.
It’s a systems problem.
